My Twirling Betty Mini Bunting!
Mr Postman dropped past today with a little parcel for me - my personalised Mini Bunting handmade by Christen of Twirling Betty!!
Seriously, how stinkin' cute is it?!? I LOVE it!
I have always loved the idea of mini bunting for birthday cakes but when I saw Twirling Betty's personalised ones I just knew I had to order one with Giggleberry on it. Christen matched the fabrics to the Giggleberry logo colours so well and was an absolutely gem every step of the way (even when I stuffed up my address details for postage - Duh to me)
This little beauty is not for a cake, she now lives happily on my sewing table - YAY!!

A little Easter break!
The Giggleberry family is off on a mini break over Easter with family to visit Grandma and Papa Giggleberry (YAY!). With Easter falling on the same weekend as ANZAC day this year, Australians have an extra long weekend to look forward to and I am especially spoilt as Tuesday is a public holiday and my birthday! Hooray!!
Our Etsy store will stay open over the long weekend and you are more than welcome to place orders but please be aware no mail will go out until Wednesday the 27th of April.
Any emails that come through will be replied to as always but with a little delay as we plan to relax, catch up with family, eat chocolate and enjoy the days off.
Thanks for understanding.

From the very talented professional photographer, Renee, of NFE Design this very sweet shot from her Easter Picnic Shoot.
From Sam, the whizz behind Maisy Dee a gorgeous shot of the super sweet pink and red dessert table at her daughters 1st birthday Tea Party - Sam did such a fabulous job with this party and you can check out more pics from the day HERE.
And this amazing dessert table from Cake Envy that features some Giggleberry ribbon garland is just too stunning not to share. Based on the 1st birthday party stationary from Alannah Rose what a wonderful set up for a wonderful milestone!
Please do pop me an email to giggleberrycreations@gmal.com if you'd like to share images of your Giggleberry bunting in use - I would LOVE to see them!

Dying Easter Eggs - DIY
This weekend coming we have a few people coming over for brunch so being only 1 week away from Easter I'm thinking I might decorate the table with a bit of an Easter feel.
I have a plan to use a few things already in my cupboard for making the table look fun but needed to have some Easter eggs for the final touch so what a perfect opportunity for a little creative session with the kiddies!
You'll Need:
Hard boiled eggs
Food colouring
Wax crayons
Hot water
White vinegar
Tongs or slotted spoon
Small bowls
Drying rack
Paper towel or newspaper (to avoid your work space ending up a multi colored mess)
I hard boiled the eggs last night so they would be cool and ready for colouring today. We started by drawing some patterns on the egg shells with crayons.
Then placed them in little bowls of food colouring, water and vinegar mix (a how to video and mixture quantities can be found HERE)
Leave them in the liquid until the eggs are the desired colour then with your tongs or slotted spoon remove them from the liquid and place on a cooling rack to dry.
Milla LOVED helping me with these!! and I think she will be rather chuffed to see them used on the table when or guests join us for brunch on Sunday.

I have a soccer mad family! My boys (aged 5 and 8) play and my hubby plays for the same club in the Over 35 division. As I am manager for my son's U6 team, I would definitely use this banner to decorate our end of season party.
You have scored the two 13 flag banners!!
Our second winner is:

This is great timing! My twin boys (5) started soccer today! They had their first training session and my husband is their coach! I'm sure the bunting will come in handy for some soccer events and also around their room!
You've won one 10 flag banner!!
Thanks for all those who commented to enter and who passed on the link for others.
