I can feel it in the air (and see it in every shop) Christmas is on the way - YAY!!
I ADORE Christmas - every single bit and I have already been making bits an pieces to add to our decoration collection with the kids. I am yet to get our Christmas cards organised and have just a few more gifts to buy but after seeing this idea from Papermash for making your own bunting gift tags I think I will add them to my To Do List too - Yay!

Media - Shop 4 Kids

What a lovely surprise it was this afternoon to spot Giggleberry Creations in the latest issue of Shop 4 Kids magazine. I always buy this mag and grabbed a copy this morning on a quick dash into the shops but didn't get a chance to sit and enjoy flicking the pages until this afternoon in the gorgeous Spring sunshine.

As I perused the gorgeous pages and mentally made a Christmas shopping list I came to 'The Perfect Party Guide' on pages 136-141 and spotted Giggleberry Creations listed under 'Decorations & Tableware' - how cool!

Custom Ordered Bunting & Flower Girl Sign

How could I not share this recent custom order with you? it's just too sweet!
I received an email from one excited bride who was running out of time to make some bunting, she had intended to do herself, asking if I could help and of course I said - No worries. In a colour pallet of white, beige, cream and soft peach the banner is to be hung right along the bridal table at the wedding reception.

Also in the email I was asked if I could create a sign of some sort that could be carried by the 4 year old Flower Girl as she walks down the aisle in front of the bride. The sign was to read "Uncle Matt, Here she comes!" - what a seriously adorable idea and a gorgeously unique addition to the wedding ceremony.

After a little more chatting about fabrics etc we decided on hessian for the sign with white lettering and I think it turned out rather sweet - what do you think?

Happy Friday Find

Winter is officially here - I LOVE this season. An excuse to curl up on the couch under a blanket and drink hot chocolate is all I need to be a happy soul and this is one thing I have passed on to my babies who will quite regularly ask for a hot chocolate on a cold afternoon... maybe I should serve it to them in one of these adorable Childs Tea Set with Personalised Bunting

Handmade by Earthware Clay the set which includes a tray, tea pot with lid, sugar bowl with lid, creamer, 4 tea cups and 4 saucers would be adored by my little hot chocolate lovers!

Early last week I was asked to make 20 metres of 'garage sale inspired' bunting - what fun! It was for Saturday's Garage Sale Trail and was lots of fun to put together as it was such a mix of flags.

It's always a thrill to see the custom ordered buntings I put together 'in action' and this had a little extra kick with a few celebs in the pics too!
